Its objective is to contain, prevent and <b>reduce emissions of fluorinated greenhouse gases <\/b> caused by the use of refrigerants, through better containment and prevention of losses.<\/p>\n<p>Our company, <b>F-Gas certification nr. 2471\/15<\/b>, offers its customers all the services needed to comply with this regulation, from the production of the equipment Register to the completion of the mandatory annual Declaration.<\/p>\n<p>The F-Gas regulation applies to all equipment \/ systems containing refrigerant gas. <b>Refer to the specific section of the site to check if your system is subject to F-GAS or not! <\/b><\/p>\n<p>The new Regulation 517\/2014 of 16\/04\/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases came into effect from 1st January 2015.<\/p>\n<p>These types of equipment are included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed refrigeration equipment (cold cells, refrigerated display cabinets, refrigerated cabinets, &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Air conditioning systems<\/li>\n<li>Heat pumps<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerated trucks, trailers and containers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The operator has specific OBLIGATIONS to follow: in particular, to maintain an equipment register.<\/p>\n<p>Argenta srl is an F-GAS certified company (2471\/15) and we are available for the following services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>inspections to identify the equipment that requires F-Gas maintenance<\/li>\n<li>production of the equipment register<\/li>\n<li>mandatory periodic inspections of the equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_widget_sidebar sidebar_id=&#8221;page-sidebar&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1555661195882{padding-bottom: 50px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_tta_tabs style=&#8221;flat&#8221; shape=&#8221;square&#8221; spacing=&#8221;2&#8243; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; active_section=&#8221;1&#8243;][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;FAQ&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1555660112185-c629a2e1-2791&#8243;][vc_toggle color=&#8221;grey&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a paper booklet in which the certified technician records all the information regarding the refrigeration system in accordance with CE 303\/2008 regulation.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;What checks does it prescribe?&#8221; color=&#8221;grey&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed and mobile equipment must be checked by specialised personnel (businesses or individuals registered in \u201cNational Computerised Register of certified individuals and businesses\u201d that can be consulted on www.fgas.it) as provided by section 13 of Pr. Decree 43\/2012.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Which systems are subject to periodic maintenance?&#8221; color=&#8221;grey&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed refrigeration equipment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All winter and summer air conditioning systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wall mounted heat pumps<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Refrigerated cold storages and trucks \/ trailers<\/li>\n<li>Chillers (water coolers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This equipment must have an &#8220;Equipment Register&#8221; if the quantity of refrigerant is greater than or equal to the minimum value indicated in the above table.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Should I change my system?&#8221; color=&#8221;grey&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NO, you should just become compliant and carry out periodic checks by companies certified in accordance with EC 303\/2008 (ARGENTA SRL IS CERTIFIED No. 2471\/15).<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Should I change the refrigeration gas?&#8221; color=&#8221;grey&#8221;]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, the gas is changed only when the system is empty or in the event of a serious failure.
