ECONOMISERS

The water economisers are specifically designed to recover the water used for cooling in the circuits of machinery in artesanal production areas, bars and ice cream parlours (including, but not limited to, pasteurisers, batch freezers, refrigerators, display cabinets, compressors, etc.) These types of machinery generate a lot of heat and therefore they must be constantly cooled in order to remain efficient. This is achieved by channelling large quantities of water through the pipes.

We sellAlacris water economiserswith ice storage, which work independently of the external water supply by creating a closed loop cycle between the various refrigeration systems. The system creates a large reserve of cold water to use to meet large increases in requirements that may arise at times of maximum use: the hot water returned from the compressors and is cooled through the ice grid that is produced while the economiser is working.
